Enjoyed going to this place for a barbell session via classpass. Matt was super welcoming and helpful and if I lived in the area I’d probably seriously consider joining long term. They are also a martial arts focused facility so if you’re keen on trying that it’s worth it too.
Beginners and families can enjoy learning karate here. The instructor, who has a great karate career and is very popular with the children, devise a menu that they will never get tired of and teach it to them in a fun and full of energy way.
This dojo was special from the beginning! The classes are challenging but doable. The randori rounds feels safe and spirited with a plethora of amazing judokas and students of the game. Sensei Shintaro, Eugene, and Matteo all work together to make an amazing learning experience in the dojo.
