What local members say

Friendly staff, great coaches, and tons of wonderful training partners coming from all walks of life. They currently have three locations in Houston for a reason. They are that good. I just moved back to Houston and I wouldn’t train BJJ or Judo anywhere else if I lived in the Loop.

I am 33 years old and I have trained at Team Tooke for about 5 years and now it’s a place I call home. When I first started I was damaged mentally with what life has brought me and I had no direction but I knew I loved the sport. I grew up around sex, drugs and violence and not a lot of support.

This is my first time to Muay Thai, or any martial arts, and have been training here for just over a month. The gym and team are incredible. I felt welcomed from the very first class. I was initially nervous to start but everyone at the gym made me feel at ease.
